Senator Nia Gill collaborated with the SCAC in January 2015 to sponsor three senior-friendly bills. They are due to come to the Senate floor on Thursday, October 22, 2015. Encourage your friends and family to contact their local NJ Senators to ask for their support:
S.2521 (Gill) – Establishes Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Advisory Council.
S.2523 (Gill) – Permits municipalities and municipal parking authorities to create Senior Citizen Priority Parking Program.
S.2524 (Gill) – The “Municipal Volunteer Property Tax Reduction Act”; permits certain municipal property owners to perform volunteer services in return for property tax vouchers.
